HO SUN YEE
Sun Yee has more than 36 years of management and leadership in the Singapore Armed Forces, the private sector as well as not-for-profit sector.
He graduated topnotcher of the Philippine Military Academy Class of 1978 under a Singapore government scholarship. Before leaving the service, he completed the Singapore Airborne and Ranger course, topped the Spore Command and Staff College and obtained an MBA from the University of Singapore.
Sun Yee now is a Managing Partner of Decision Processes International for the Philippines. He counts among his clients, PT So Good Food, the largest sausage manufacturer in Indonesia, Roxas Holdings, the largest sugar producer and the Aboitiz Group, a diversified conglomerate dominant in the power generation and distribution in Philippines.
He has worked with companies in China, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and HK; and was last in Indonesia with the Lippo Hospital Group as Chief of Staff to plan the expansion from 4 hospitals to 25 hospitals within 5 years.
He is a sought after speaker on Strategic Thinking in the Philippines, having graced the National Defence College, Management Association of the Philippines, UP College of Education, Diliman, Ateneo School of Government and in 2015, the 7th National ICT Summit and DOST-ICT Office National Capability Development Summit.
He is an active volunteer with Focus on the Family, Asia, which champions thriving families as foundation of a strong country. He recently introduced No Apologies, a character based abstinence program to about 30 Gawad Kalinga youths and have 30 facilitators trained in the Philippines.
