Consulting and applied in-house trainings are 2 ways we have brought this 2-in-1 capability to old and new friends in our network. Now, through co-funded public workshops, we are making this change and transformative process even more accessible.

The Need for Strategic Thinking

In the BANI world we are in, clarity and conviction of strategic thinking and direction becomes extremely important. A well-articulated strategy defines the direction for those charged with carrying it out. Without it, the organization zigzags from event to event, one knee-jerk reaction to another, lacking cohesion, losing momentum and vulnerable to becoming "me-too". Resources are wasted and talent is drained.
